Petroterminal de Panamá, S.A. continues to promote the well-being of its team through the Avancemos Equipo PTP Program.

Petroterminal de Panamá, S.A. (PTP), with the support of Sumarse, continues to develop the Avancemos Equipo PTP Program as a management tool based on actively listening to its employees. Through surveys and focus groups conducted with the team, the company identifies priority needs and designs actions aimed at comprehensive well-being.

During 2025, as a result of this participatory assessment, PTP implemented six training sessions focused on strengthening productive, financial, and personal skills. Workshops included hydroponics, financial management, dessert costing, practical cookie-making, traditional dressmaking, and mental health.

A total of 69 people participated, including employees and their family members. These initiatives are part of a structured plan that seeks to positively impact the team’s quality of life and strengthen an organizational culture focused on human development.

Through the Avancemos Program, PTP reinforces its commitment to corporate sustainability by integrating well-being, participation, and continuous improvement into its management practices.
