Tesoro says reversed PTP across Panama moves first oil

US-based Tesoro Corporation said Thursday that it has begun flowing crude through the reversed PTP ( Petroterminal de Panama) Pipeline across Panama, moving barrels 81 miles from the Atlantic Ocean side of the Isthmus to the Pacific Ocean.
