Petroterminal de Panama, S.A.(PTP) consists of crude oil handling facilities on the Atlantic and
Pacific coasts of the Republic of Panama, an oil pipeline that runs 131 kilometers through the
Panamanian Isthmus, Energy Generation power plants and a General Cargo pier on the Atlantic
Coast.
PTP is a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Panama and private industry.
The project was developed and is managed by Northville Industries, a major independent
petroleum storage company with headquarters in Melville, Long Island, New York.
LOCATION
All our work centers are located in the Republic of Panama. Headquarters are located in
Panama City, Panama. The Atlantic Terminal and General Cargo Port are located at the community
of Chiriqui Grande, province of Bocas del Toro. The Pacific Terminal is located at Charco Azul, near
the community of Puerto Armuelles, province of Chiriqui, and the administrative offices are located
in the City of David, also in Chiriqui.
